Marc Pouw
Managing Director |
Marc Pouw is a media communications and public relations specialist with over a decade of experience in advocacy, public relations, communications and marketing.
He has gained extensive experience in EU policy making, lobbying, and communications in Brussels by working for a trade association for the postal sector as its Secretary General for more than ten years. In this role, he successfully lobbied in the area of postal liberalisation, where 3 ground breaking Directives have significantly impacted the European postal landscape. He was also involved in efforts to change European legislation on VAT on postal services, services of general interest, customs and more.
In 2007, Marc switched to a commercial role where he gained a valuable understanding of business and corporate culture working for the Belgian postal operator as Marketing and Sales Director before joining DSE as Managing Director in November 2008.
He is a native speaker in Dutch and English and also speaks fluent French, Spanish and German. He holds a university degree in Communications from the University of Amsterdam (the Netherlands) and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the Solvay Business School of Brussels (Belgium).

Ramona Postolache
Office Manager |
Ramona Postolache is responsible for the internal communication activities at DSE as well as administrative activities. Ramona brings support to DSE members and ensures their continued success.
Originally from Romania, Ramona has been living in Belgium for more than two years, while obtaining her masters degree in American Studies. Ramona also has an educational background in marketing, linguistics, and cultural studies. Furthermore, she has considerable work experience in project management. At DSE, she hopes to incorporate her previous experience for the benefit of the association and looks forward to gaining more insight into the lobbying system within the European institutions.

Communications Manager |
Rebecca Prybell’s key tasks as a communications and marketing manager involve the development of viral communication strategies, the update of website content and social media pages, and the creation of marketing materials on behalf of DSE.
She is equally editor-in-chief for all communications documents including press releases and various online publications.
Rebecca is from Chicago, Illinois and is a senior at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin where she is studying political sciences with an emphasis on global relations and journalism. She is currently studying at Vesalius College in Brussels focusing on intercultural communications. She has gained extensive experience at both the federal and local level of the American political system through internships specifically in the fields of communications and finance.

Tom Pauly
|
Tom Pauly is an attorney with over eleven years experience representing direct selling businesses all over the world.
Tom was senior legal counsel for the Sara Lee Direct Selling Division prior to joining Tupperware Brands Corporation as Assistant General Counsel in 2006. Tom has served as in-house counsel for direct selling businesses in Europe, the Americas, Asia, Africa and Australia and is currently focused on Tupperware Europe. He has experience with employment, tax, distributorship, consumer, product safety and other laws and regulations affecting direct selling businesses in many countries.
Tom is a native speaker of English and is fluent in French and Spanish, with reading ability in Italian, Portuguese, German and Dutch. He holds an economics degree from Northwestern University in Illinois and a law degree from Stanford University in California. He lives in Madrid.

Pierre Chalançon
Legal Affairs |
Pierre Chalançon is a political science and EU Affairs expert with more than 8 years experience lobbying for the direct selling sector in Brussels.
He has in-depth knowledge of the functioning of the direct selling sector as well as of European legal aspects that potentially affect the sector such as Consumer Protection, customer financing, social status of independent consultants etc.
He joined the Company Vorwerk in 2004.
Pierre is a native speaker in French and he is fluent in English and German. He holds is a Political Science degree from the Political Science Institute in Grenoble (France) with a post graduate degree in EU Affairs from Institute of European Studies in Brussels (Belgium).
